emerysapp is seeking an experienced Utility Superintendent to oversee on-site construction, focusing on underground utility work and trench safety. You will supervise scheduling, allocate resources, and ensure quality to meet project goals.

Work with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to succeed; maintain compliance with plans and regulations; mentor site teams and drive continuous improvement in field practices.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 7+ years in construction and heavy civil with underground utility focus.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational education preferred
• 7+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil, with a strong focus on underground utility work
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman experience

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
