Job summary

PA Consulting seeks a Utility Advisor to help clients transform energy and utility operations, balancing resilience, affordability, and decarbonization with data and AI. You will work with cross-functional teams on large North American engagements and shape strategic recommendations.

From day one you’ll conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute to client deliverables such as reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, gather and interpret data, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Develop insights and contribute to client deliverables including reports, presentations, and strategic frameworks.
• Support and lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead workstreams or small engagements, growing into larger programs over time.
• Contribute to proposals and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous learning.
