Job Description

The Omni William Penn Hotel is seeking a Utility Steward (Dishwasher). Join the team at Pittsburgh's #1 hotel!

Responsibilities

1. Clean pots, pans, and all cookware and utensils.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the cookware washing area and kitchen floor.
3. Store clean items properly.
4. Empty trash containers and operate trash compactor.
5. Run hot boxes to banquet spaces from the kitchen.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 150 pounds.
• Availability to work all shifts: AM, PM, and overnight.
• Union contracted wages: $14.87 for the first 3 months, $15.69 after 3 months, $16.52 after 6 months.
• Union dues: $41.25/month.
• Weekly paychecks.
