Utility Steward/Dishwasher - Washington Hilton (Finance)

Washington Hilton is seeking Utility Stewards/Dishwashers to join their Stewarding team. Located in the heart of Washington, DC, with approximately 120,000 square feet of meeting space and 3 Food & Beverage outlets, this property hosts numerous events and guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stewarding or Food and Beverage and must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers a great opportunity for those starting their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: Variable schedules over AM, MID, and PM shifts, starting as early as 7 AM and ending as late as 1 AM.

Pay Range: $21.75 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes and operate dishwashers to clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils.
• Scrub pots and pans, burnish and polish silverware.
• Maintain supplies and equipment, perform cleaning duties, and transport clean serviceware.
• Train other staff as needed and prepare serviceware for events.
