The ideal candidate will have prior stewarding experience, excellent multitasking skills, a strong work ethic, some Spanish proficiency, and familiarity with high-volume operations. Hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Shift Pattern: Full open availability required to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Typical shift times are from 6am-10am and 5pm-12am.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Steward, you will be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and serviceware to support outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific tasks include:

• Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils
• Scrubbing pots and pans
• Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment
• Performing cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal
• Transporting and storing clean serviceware
