Job summary

Green Country Village Senior Living in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a full-time FT Steward/Dishwasher to support dining services. The role includes dish and pot washing, general kitchen cleaning, and storing supplies, with duties across all levels of care as needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and prior dishwasher experience; senior living experience is preferred. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, daily pay, PTO, and education reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Dish-washing, pot-washing, and general kitchen cleaning duties.
• Store food and non-food supplies; break down boxes and dispose of waste.
• Assist kitchen staff with food storage and prep tasks as directed.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and orderly work areas at all times.
• Adhere to hospitality standards and professional conduct.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for 100% of the work day (4-8-hour shift).
• Ability to independently life, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to access and navigate full campus .
• Ability to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions.

General Summary:

The FT Steward/Dishwasher position is responsible for the following:dish-washing, pot-washing; general kitchen cleaning duties; storing food and non-food supplies; and other duties as assigned.

• Maintains safe, sanitary, and orderly conditions in all work areas; promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents and staff at all times.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, floors, work surfaces, and other work areas according to specified cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Performs all dish, pot, and utensil washing following all meals.
• Assists kitchen staff with storing food and non-food supplies as directed including breaking down all boxes before placing them in trash receptacles.
• Other duties as assigned.
