Job Summary

Utility Officer: maintain safety, security, and compliance at Marksman sites, monitoring access, CCTV, greeting residents, documenting incidents, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol properties, parking garages, Class A buildings, and outdoor sites by foot and vehicle.
• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with courtesy and urgency.
• Produce high-quality, clear, and timely documentation of incidents and events.
• Monitor access control, CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, and so on.
• Demonstrate professional presence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Comfortable with technology, especially computer applications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and property standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous supervisory or lead officer experience.
• Familiarity with report writing and basic computer systems (incident reporting, access control, CCTV).
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire.
• Workplace violence training or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire.
• Active shooter training or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire.
• Valid GA Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Background and fingerprint investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising multi-building or campus-style properties.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Military or law enforcement background.

Pay

$19.00 per hour
