Job summary

Sustainable Partners Ltd. is recruiting experienced Construction Project Managers to lead utility-scale PV and BESS projects across the United States. You will mobilize sites, manage field crews, control budgets, and drive projects from mobilization through energization and closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field construction management experience, supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of utility-scale PV construction means, methods and sequencing.
• Experience with project controls: scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating.
• Willingness to travel extensively to remote jobsites (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and own self-perform and subcontracted scopes with large field crews.
• Own project budget, billings, cash flow, and cost forecasting.
• Present and negotiate change orders with the owner to resolution.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and quality/safety plans.
• Train, supervise and mentor project personnel; manage relationships across teams.
