Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC

• Starting Pay at : $21.00+ per hour depending on experience
• Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA
• Monday – Friday
• OT as needed
• Full-Time / Direct Hire

Utility Duties Include

• Assisting in the operation of the Regional Distribution Center by serving as a backup to various RDC members
• Providing informal leadership to work teams regarding assignments, schedules, operating procedures, and improvement opportunities
• This role is the ‘go‑to’ member to keep daily RDC goals on track by being versatile enough to jump in and assist nearly any job receiving or shipping related and support non-standard processes.
• Must be willing to obtain all equipment (forklift, reach truck, and stock picker) licenses.
