Job summary

Fulton Grace Realty in Chicago seeks a Utility Property Manager to support the property management team with on-site administration and client service.

You will shadow experienced managers, conduct on-site visits, communicate with tenants, staff and vendors, and oversee vendor bids on repairs. The company offers a path for advancement, tuition paid for real estate license, and potential hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Extraordinary attention to detail.
