Job summary

Fulton Grace Realty is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our Chicago property management team. In this hybrid role, you will manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, lease listings, and coordinate with owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll handle market analyses, prepare leases, and use Appfolio to track activity. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of property management experience, a real estate license, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Work in a pod team structure managing, leasing and maintaining a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Maintain rental listings and run market analyses; activate units on multiple platforms.
• Prepare leasing documents: lease agreements, extensions, terminations, subleases, amendments.
• Navigate maintenance requests for the team’s portfolio.
• Visit properties as needed or assigned.
• Master the use of Appfolio for accounting and property management tasks.
• Communicate with property owners, tenants and vendors.
• Assist the property management department with administrative tasks.

Role & Responsibilities

• -- Work in a pod team structure managing, leasing and maintaining a portfolio of residential rental properties
• -- Maintain rental listings for the pod's portfolio of managed properties, including but not limited to: running market analysis, adding and/or activating units for rent on multiple platforms, advise/update/guide property owners regarding their upcoming or active rental listing, ensuring listings are activated timely and accurately
• -- Prepare documents related to leasing, including but not limited to: lease agreements, lease extensions, termination agreements, sublease agreements, lease amendments and condo association required paperwork
• -- Navigate maintenance requests for the team's portfolio
• -- Visit properties on an as-needed or assigned basis
• -- Master the use of our property management accounting software (Appfolio)
• -- Communicate with property owners, tenants and vendors
• -- Assist the property management department with various administrative tasks
