Quality Talent Group represents a client seeking a Utility Operator to support safe and efficient operation of equipment and utility systems in a fast-paced production environment. You'll operate loaders, backhoes, and skid steers while performing groundwork and general labor tasks.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring utility systems for efficiency, and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
