Position: Utility Operator I (Third Shift)

We are hiring full-time (40 hours/week) for a third shift (4 p.m. - 4 a.m.) position on a 4-on-4-off schedule. The starting pay is $26.13 per hour, plus a 7-10% night differential based on hours worked. Employees are eligible for pay increases every 6 months during the first two years, contingent on performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Cheese Line Operator: Packaging bulk cheddar cheese. Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Whey Packaging Operator: Packaging bulk whey powders. Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly. Forklift operation required.
• Milk Receiving: Unloading milk from tanker trucks. Work involves heights and working on top of trucks.
• Assist with putting away all bulk cheddar into coolers.
• Sanitation: Cleaning cheese and whey equipment using water and chemicals.

Additional Requirements

This role requires establishing effective working relationships with team members, providing guidance to trainees and coworkers, maintaining accurate records, and demonstrating mature judgment. Flexibility in work assignments is essential.
