Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group in Franklin, KY is seeking a Utility/Manufacturing candidate for a full-time position at $21.25 per hour. The shift runs 2:00pm–10:00pm with occasional overtime and weekly pay, and offers temp-to-hire potential with zero screening fees.

You will support production lines, follow SOPs, inspect equipment, report issues, and maintain a clean work area while participating in team and production activities and aiming for advancement to Team Leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Multifunctional and able to perform any area assignment.
• Strong understanding of the Production System.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for Team Leader as needed
• Follow standard operating procedures on assembly lines
• Inspect work and equipment according to instructions
• Report equipment issues to Line or Group Leader
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate all processes efficiently and complete required checks
• Actively participate in team and production activities
• Demonstrate readiness to advance to Team Leader
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed
