Responsibilities

• Package finished products from production lines according to company standards.
• Assist with assembling packaging materials using hand tools as needed.
• Collect, organize, and prepare materials from production equipment.
• Move completed boxes, cartons, or materials from production areas.
• Assist production teams with daily operational needs.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping, removing debris, and maintaining an organized work area.
• Empty trash bins and remove waste materials as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist in other production areas as assigned based on training and qualifications.

Utility Operator

Location: Loudon, TN
Pay: $14.50 - $15.50/hour

Shift Times:
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Job Summary

The Utility Operator is responsible for supporting daily production operations by assisting with packaging, production line activities, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
