Job summary

Garver is seeking a Utility Management Services Team Leader to drive growth across municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and water supply programs. This leader will guide strategy, build a national resource team, and deliver projects with a focus on value, risk management, and profitability.

You will develop client relationships, oversee hiring and development, and enhance Garver's visibility in the industry through committees and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 15–20 years of progressive utility management experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor a team.
• Experience with municipal or investor-owned utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business and financial plan for Garver's Utility Management Services practice.
• Lead business development efforts, including client engagement beyond current footprint.
• Collaborate with regional Water Business Line teams on growth activities.
• Oversee hiring and growth of the Utility Management Services team.
• Ensure project delivery with risk management and profitability.
