Garver seeks a Utility Management Services Team Leader to drive growth across municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, water supply, and reuse utilities. You will guide asset management, financial planning, program management, and IT governance while ensuring execution excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and profitability, with collaboration across Garver's national footprint and client-facing BD initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 15–20 years of progressive utility management experience across planning, asset management, financing, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business and financial plan for Garver's Utility Management Services practice.
• Lead business development, including client engagement beyond the Water footprint.
• Collaborate with regional teams on BD within Garver's footprint.
• Partner with marketing to lead pursuit and capture of top projects.
• Oversee hiring and growth of the Utility Management Services team.
• Provide leadership for project delivery with risk management and profitability focus.
• Increase visibility through committees and national conference presentations.
