This leader will guide asset management, strategic planning, financial planning, program management, capital planning and scheduling, organizational effectiveness, IT governance, data visualization, and operational excellence. The Utility Management Services Practice Area Team is a national resource focused on thought leadership and efficient project execution in support of internal and external clients. Location: Position may be based out of any Garver office location.
