Job summary

Greco Aluminum Railings U.S.A. Inc. in Florida seeks a Utility/Saw Operator to support the production team with prefabrication tasks, read blueprints, and operate saws, drill presses, grinders, and other machinery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of saw operator experience, a high school diploma, strong blueprint-reading and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Safety and lean practices are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance operations and working with hand tools, specifically with industrial saws

The Utility position plays a crucial role on our shop floor, assisting the production team with prefabrication tasks and ensuring the fabrication department is set up for success. This role involves operating various equipment and tools to fabricate, assemble, and prepare components to meet specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and excels in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Other Requirements

• This position works in a production facility and is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to use hands and have finger dexterity
• Must be able to reach, bend, kneel, and crouch occasionally
• Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds
