Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Leola, PA is seeking a Utility Lead to support Tooling, Blending, Grinding and QA while overseeing output and quality as a Lead Operator. The role may fill in as Supervisor when needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating line start-ups, performing changeovers, mentoring new hires, and contributing to daily process improvements in a safety‑conscious, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be qualified at A Operator level.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tooling/Die with changeovers and line start ups.
• Assist Maintenance in minor equipment repairs.
• Perform duties of Lead Operator on day or night shift as needed.
• Oversee production output, specifications and quality.
