Job summary

FlexSteel seeks a Pipe Completion Manufacturing Manager to lead Hydro and Respool operations on a designated shift, mentoring operators, enforcing safety, quality and production guidelines, and providing hands-on support as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with responsibility for daily work-center activities, setup, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience on manufacturing floors.
• Experience with hydrostatic testing and spool packaging is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop operators to follow standard work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hydro and Respool operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Coordinate daily work-center activities and mentor Lead Operators.
• Ensure compliance with standard work and participate in continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on support for setup, testing, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate with management, engineering, and team members on shift.
