What you’ll do as an Inspector

• Complete high-level tasks supporting an assigned department/project
• Perform labor-intensive tasks supporting an assigned department/project
• Complete daily production reports documenting work performed
• Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project

What you’ll need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license, including an acceptable MVR record
• Experience as a mechanic
• Ability to operate manual and mechanical equipment necessary for the job

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good knowledge of telecommunications construction, including aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and related equipment; ability to troubleshoot problems
• Three or more years of inspection experience preferred

Physical abilities and exposures

• Routinely: Use hands and fingers for fine motor skills, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms. Able to lift 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distant, color, peripheral, and depth perception. Outside work environment varies throughout the day.
• Occasionally: Lift up to 100 lbs with or without assistance.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
