What you’ll do as an Inspector

• Complete high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project.
• Complete labor-intensive tasks in support of an assigned department/project.
• Complete daily production reports to document work performed.
• Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project.

What you’ll need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license, including an MVR record deemed acceptable by the company
• Experience as a mechanic
• Ability to operate manual and mechanical equipment necessary to complete jobs

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of telecommunications construction; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various other telecommunications construction equipment, and their functionality; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• 3 or more years of inspection experience preferred.

Physical abilities and exposures

• Routinely - Use hands and fingers for fine motor skills, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Some specific vision abilities are required for close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral, and depth perception. The position involves some outside work environment requirements, which may vary throughout the day.
• Occasionally - lift up to 100 lbs as needed with or without assistance.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 / hour (based on experience)
