Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC seeks a Utility II for Bethlehem, PA, to ensure order accuracy and support multiple warehouse roles. The role requires standing, lifting, and teamwork in a high-volume distrib ution setting.

Pay starts at $23.00/hour with a $0.50 shift differential; full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM. Benefits available from day one, weekly pay and career progression opportunities.

A Utility II is responsible for ensuring order accuracy for specialized customers. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team. also as a Utility associate you will fill in for any position in the warehouse including, but not limited to: Clerk, Forklift Operator, Selector, Backhauler, and Porter.

You will contribute by:

Performing duties of a Warehouse ClerkPerforming duties of a Forklift Operator, including: maneuver Stand-Up Forklift to put away or let down as many as twenty pallets per hour into warehouse racks up to 46 feet highManually lifting pallets to move into placeManually stocking/picking cases of product into warehouse racksRecording daily actions by use of Radio Frequency Computer TerminalPerforming duties of a Selector, including: selecting full case grocery/perishable/frozen items, fitting these items on a pallet, plastic wrapping them, and loading them onto a trailerPerforming duties of a Backhauler, including: operating an electric pallet jack or clamp machine to transport pallets of product off inbound trucks. Compiling un-palletized products onto palletsPerforming duties of a Porter, including: cleaning and maintaining warehouse aisles and product slots. Removing product from slots with the use of a pallet jack, clean slot with cleaning supplies and an electric scrubber, and replace product. Cleaning warehouse offices, employee break areas, and restrooms.Performing other job-related duties as assigned
