Job summary

HopCat in Lincoln is hiring part-time crew. This role welcomes 16 and 17-year-olds, with a pay rate of $5–$9 per hour plus tips, and provides flexible scheduling.

You will learn to interact effectively with guests and coworkers in a lively environment, with opportunities to advance into serving, bartending, or trainer roles while supporting an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or 17 years old.
• Part-time availability required.
• Shifts include day and night; Monday to Friday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to guests and help coworkers in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with bar/restaurant duties as needed to support the team.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and follow safety standards.
