Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable Production Utility & Packaging Operator for a manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL. This role supports multiple areas of the production process for OSB board manufacturing, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The position offers second shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on a rotating 4 days on / 4 days off schedule, with pay between $17 and $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in hot, industrial environments.
• Ability to pass physical, respiratory, and hearing tests.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to quality and production standards.
• Apply and verify unit tags, straps, and markings for accuracy.
• Clean and maintain production areas, including paint booth, strapper area, conveyors, and pump room.
• Assist with product regrading and general production support tasks.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
