Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Demopolis, AL is seeking a Laborer/Forklift Operator to safely move materials within the facility and support general labor tasks. The role is full-time with a temporary-to-hire arrangement, offering weekly pay and benefits.

You will operate forklifts, load and unload, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety guidelines. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying seasonal conditions, with a typical Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• 1 year of forklift experience.
• Able and willing to work in varying seasonal climate conditions.
• Walking, standing, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and other storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility, maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
• General Labor both indoors and outdoors at the facility
• Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Laborer/ Forklift Operator for a company based in Demopolis, AL.

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm

Laborer/ Forklift Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and other storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
