R&R Contracting Utilities, Inc. is seeking experienced general laborers for utility construction and heavy civil projects across Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Delaware, and Pennsylvania.

Roles include digging, lifting, and assisting with underground utilities, with OSHA training provided and advancement opportunities to operators or foremen. Competitive hourly pay and ongoing work across 30+ active projects per week.

Qualifications

• Prior construction or utility experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (we'll train if needed).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to jobsites.
• Valid ID and ability to pass drug screening and background check.

General Laborers

R&R Contracting Utilities is hiring experienced general laborers for utility construction and heavy civil projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Delaware, and Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do

• Perform manual labor tasks on active construction sites including digging, lifting, and material handling
• Assist with installation and repair of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain)
• Support equipment operators, pipe layers, and foremen on site
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards
• Follow directions from site supervisors and project foremen

What We're Looking For
