Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil underground utility construction experience (water, sewer, storm).
• Experience in a leadership role managing crews.
• Strong communication and safety focus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, including OK.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a crew, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm).
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with crew members and subcontractors.
• Train crew on safety procedures and best practices.
• Manage materials, equipment, and other resources to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking an experienced Utility Foreman to manage and lead a crew of construction workers on our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and hands-on experience in underground wet utility installation and maintenance. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
