Job summary

CTOS Custom Truck One Source is seeking a field-based technician to service and repair utility trucks and equipment across the Greater Seattle area. You’ll inspect, diagnose, and fix hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on bucket trucks, diggers, and crane-mounted units.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulics, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment.
• Field service experience on utility fleets preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair utility trucks and equipment (bucket trucks, diggers, cranes).
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in the field.
• Work with hydraulics, wiring, and CAN bus networks as needed.

A day in the lifeYou start your morning with a job list covering sites across the Greater Seattle Metro. By midday, you’re at a customer yard inspecting a bucket truck; later, you’re diagnosing a digger’s hydraulic circuit and wrapping up with a safety check on a truck‑mounted crane.
