Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utility system equipment; ensure inspection and records.
• Develop operation and maintenance instructions and PM plans.
• Maintain maintenance files and KPI analysis.
• Handle urgent equipment faults and emergency plans.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy savings.
• Lead new/renovated equipment projects from submission to acceptance.
• Identify environmental factors and control hazards; monitor operations.
• Organize 5S, TPM, CIP projects on site.
• Collect and hand over relevant documents and records.
• Other duties as assigned.
