Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of Utility Coordination, Utility Relocation or similar experience.
• Familiarity with environmental permitting, rights-of-way requirements, and safety standards.
• Knowledge of mathematics and application of engineering and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the interpretation of highway construction plans.
• Schedule and conduct utility meetings with clients and contractors.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Determine cost responsibility and assist with utility agreements.
• Conduct field meetings and site investigations as required.
