Job summary

ElectriCom Inc. is seeking a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility construction crews. The role involves general labor, tool operation, site preparation, and assisting operators and Foremen.

Work is outdoors in all weather, with travel to job sites and possible overnight assignments. Candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks, work safely, and maintain reliable attendance. CDL is highly desired, and a strong work ethic is essential for success in our team-focused

Qualifications

Performs physically demanding labor tasks outdoors in varying weather.
Requires ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Reliable attendance and commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation
Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching tools, etc.)
Clean and prepare work sites; load and unload materials
Assist equipment operators and Foremen with daily field activities
Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions
Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required
Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed
