Job summary

ElectriCom Inc. is seeking a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility construction crews. This role performs general labor tasks, operates tools, prepares work sites, and assists foremen. Work is outdoors in all weather, with travel to job sites, including overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; CDL highly desired.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation.
• Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching tools, etc).
• Clean and prepare work sites; remove debris; load and unload materials.
• Assist equipment operators and Foremen with daily field activities.
• Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions.
• Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required.
• Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed.
