ElectriCom Inc. is seeking a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility construction crews. The role involves general labor, tool operation, site preparation, and assisting operators and Foremen.

Work is outdoors in all weather, with travel to job sites and possible overnight assignments. Candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks, work safely, and maintain reliable attendance. CDL is highly desired, and a strong work ethic is essential for success in our team-focused

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation
• Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching tools, etc.)
• Clean and prepare work sites; load and unload materials
• Assist equipment operators and Foremen with daily field activities
• Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions
• Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required
• Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed

We are seeking a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility construction crews. This role performs general labor tasks, operates hand and power tools, prepares work sites, and assists equipment operators and Foremen. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and travel to job sites—including overnight out-of-town assignments—is required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation
• Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching tools, etc
• Clean and prepare work sites; remove debris; load and unload materials
• Assist equipment operators and Foremen with daily field activities
• Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions
• Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required
• Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed
