Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure hires a Laborer I to join our underground utility crews. Based in Henderson, CO, you will support construction, maintenance, and repair work and help ensure safe, efficient operations on residential and commercial sites.

The role requires physical endurance, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and the willingness to learn. CDL A is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is valued. We emphasize safety, teamwork, and practical on-site skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Experience with underground utilities preferred.
• CDL A is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader in construction, reconstruction and maintenance work.
• Assist equipment operators, swamping, hand digging, locating underground obstructions.
• Work with jackhammers, rotary drills, power actuated fasteners and other tools.
• Signal equipment operators to guide alignment and movement of machinery.
• Work safely around backhoes, excavators, trenchers and dump trucks.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Complete duties as assigned.
