Team Fishel, a long‑standing utility construction company, is hiring Laborers for our Fredericksburg, VA office. A Laborer will support crews on projects of varying complexity and perform site work.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A preferred.
• Underground utility experience a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew.
• Assist with manual labor as directed by the Crew Leader, Foreman or Supervisor.
• Perform physically demanding construction duties.
• Help place underground pipes and conduits; operate power tools.
