Responsibilities

• Assist with horizontal directional drilling and underground utility installation.
• Help with hydrovac operations, potholing, trenching, and excavation.
• Assist with mini excavator and other equipment operations.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform physical labor on construction sites in various weather conditions.
• Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and correctly.
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows.

Fulk Underground LLC is a growing underground utility construction company based in Olathe, Kansas. We perform directional drilling, hydrovac, trenching, potholing, and other utility construction work throughout the Kansas City metro and surrounding areas.

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Utility Construction Laborer who wants to learn the trade, gain hands‑on experience, and grow with our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with horizontal directional drilling and underground utility installation.
• Help with hydrovac operations, potholing, trenching, and excavation.
• Assist with mini excavator and other equipment operations.
