Job summary

Fulk Underground LLC in Olathe, KS is hiring a Utility Construction Laborer to support underground utility installation and related work. You will learn on the job, operate equipment, and work with a team focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, dig, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.
• Previous construction or utility experience welcomed and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with horizontal directional drilling and underground utility installation.
• Help with hydrovac operations, potholing, trenching, and excavation.
• Assist with mini excavator and other equipment operations.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform physical labor on construction sites in various weather conditions.
• Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and correctly.
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows.
