Job summary

Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee electric and/or communication construction projects. You will coordinate between pole owners, subcontractors and engineering stakeholders, track progress, and manage costs in an office, remote and field setting.

You will review designs, generate estimates, plan daily tasks, and ensure safety and quality. Travel up to 25% is required for on-site training and project meetings.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma with 3+ years electric utility or telecom experience or a Bachelor degree with 1 year industry experience.
• Obtain and maintain professional certificates/licenses as required by project.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present information clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; pass Davey Driver’s Safety Course.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between engineering stakeholders, subcontractors, and pole owners to keep projects on track.
• Review construction designs and create cost estimates using standard templates.
• Track progress, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are met.
• Close out projects and generate post‑construction inspection reports.
• Ensure safety protocols and professional conduct on all sites.
• Travel up to 25% for on‑site training and projects.
