Job summary
HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Utility position candidate to join our cleaning team. This role emphasizes detail orientation, flexibility, and readiness to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects.
Hours are 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with mandatory weekend overtime as needed. Compensation is $22 per hour, with health, dental and vision benefits after 60 days and 401(k) after 90 days, plus vacation time after a year.
Qualifications
- Detail orientation and flexibility are essential.
- Weekend overtime may be required.
- Cross-training on janitorial duties may occur.
Responsibilities
- Indoor/Outdoor cleaning
- Empty trash bins from hoppers (40+lbs.)
- Remove residual debris from the hopper
- Maintain cleanliness of all docks
- Keep parking lot free of trash
- Recycling cardboard
- Stripping/Waxing floors
- Window cleaning

- Cleaning and Utility cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Mandatory weekend overtime as needed
- This position may also be cross-trained on janitorial duties.
