Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc is seeking a utility worker to perform indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks. You will handle trash, hopper maintenance, floor stripping/waxing, window cleaning, and general dock cleanliness.

The role requires willingness to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as needed. The position includes full-time hours with benefits after a waiting period and the possibility of cross-training on janitorial duties.

Utility Position Available for Immediate Hire

HM Solutions is looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our utility team.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

Hours: 9:30pm - 6:00m Sunday thru Thursday

Compensation $22/hr

Responsibilities:

• Indoor/Outdoor Cleaning
• Emptying trash bins from hoppers (40+lbs.)
• Remove residual debris from the hopper
• Maintain cleanliness of all docks
• Keep parking lot free of trash
• Recycling cardboard
• Stripping/Waxing floors
• Window cleaning

Requirements:

• Cleaning and Utility cleaning experience helpful but not required

This position may also be cross-trained on janitorial duties.
