Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Utility CAD Designer to translate field-survey and engineering information into accurate utility maps and drawings supporting electric distribution, underground systems, feeders, transmission, and network-improvement projects.

Role involves updating maps with AutoCAD, overlaying PDF plates, and converting GPS data into precise CAD deliverables while collaborating with Survey, Engineering, and field teams on critical infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD and CAD drafting/design experience.
• Background in utilities, surveying, civil infrastructure, engineering, or construction.
• Experience with mapping, technical drawings, PDF markups, or field/GPS data.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with evolving infrastructure information.
• Utility experience is a plus, but strong CAD talent from adjacent industries is absolutely encouraged to apply.
