Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a hands-on operator to support brazing, fin press, sheet metal and tubing processes on the shop floor. You will work under supervision to ensure safety, quality, and efficient production while learning and applying core manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting others with setup and troubleshooting, coordinating schedule requirements, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy objects safely.
• Excellent attendance and attitude required.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Have strong summary of knowledge in processes, prints and procedures, which would include basic hands on proficiency in the following areas where needed: Brazing/Fin Press/Sheet Metal and Tubing, as well as any other coil manufacturing disciplines and equipment. Assist less experienced operators in setting up and trouble shooting problems. Able to execute schedule requirements and promote safety in manufacturing procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. Must be able to read and understand Blue Prints.
• Experience of lifting, and moving, heavy objects safely. Excellent attendance and attitude a Must.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma, are equivalent GED. Must have good math skills.
