Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Production Assistants for day and night shifts in Miamisburg, OH. The role offers a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3) with pay ranging from $18.50 to $22.00 per hour, and OT opportunities.

This contract-to-hire position provides a path for advancement into Line Operator roles. Starting pay is $18.50 (day) or $19.50 (night) per hour, with Line Operators earning around $21.50 after about three months and potential Lead roles up to $32.00 per hour.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
