Job summary

Thrift World in Omaha, NE is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker to support our store operations. You will assist with receiving and sorting donated items, keep the production area clean, and help production staff with daily tasks.

This position offers hourly pay, benefits such as PTO and health plans, and requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM across five shifts per week. Applicants will undergo a background check; teamwork and reliability are valued as we provide

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and customer service.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay $17 per hour

The work schedule consists of 5 shifts per week, with daily hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Weekly shifts vary and may be scheduled on any day from Monday through Sunday.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Utility Worker at Thrift World! As a utility worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our store.

As a utility worker in our warehouse, you will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. The ability to work well as part of a team is also important.
