Job summary

OG&E Energy Corp. seeks a vegetation management coordinator to supervise field crews, maintain records, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across transmission and distribution assets.

You will work closely with contractors, dispatch, and local management to plan, schedule, and complete line-clearance work with attention to accuracy and cost control. The role requires ISA certification or equivalent experience, a degree in arboriculture or life sciences, and the ability to travel as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and 3 years of work experience in Arboriculture; Or

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of completed vegetation management work and ensure accessibility.
• Provide expert utility arborist knowledge as required.
• Audit contractor work for accuracy and compliance with OG&E specs.
• Review and approve contractor invoices for proper billing.
• Coordinate vegetation activities with plants, dispatch, and management teams.
• Communicate completion of work to necessary parties and serve as primary contact for crews.
