Position Title

Production Associate - Utility

Shift

24/7 manufacturing operation offering seven (7) days off over a fourteen (14) day period. Shift hours 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – OR – 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off). Applicants must be flexible to work either shift. You will enjoy a pre-determined schedule with no mandatory overtime, and every other weekend will be a three-day weekend. Voluntary overtime will be available for those who want it.

Pay Rate

$22.40 – $22.90 per hour

Sign on Bonus

$500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months

Retention Bonus

$500 after 1 year

The Job You Will Perform

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• Cleaning functions: blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, picking up and shredding scrap
