Job summary

International Paper Company in Spotswood, NJ is seeking an hourly, full-time team member for variable shifts including weekends. You will follow safety rules, learn specifications from work orders, coordinate with crews, and maintain quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and practices at all times.
• Learn customer requirements and specifications by reading work orders, print cards, and design specifications.
• Coordinate activities with other machine crew members to efficiently set up and run orders.
• Maintain quality and production standards as required by the company.
• Continually monitor the quality and quantity of production.
• Maintain housekeeping continually during the assigned shift.
• Performing quality inspections and tests, and recording findings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
