Job description

Responsible for setting up and safely operating production equipment, including material inputs (hoppers, mixers) and outputs (shaker screens, screw lifts, baggers). Ensures proper material stewardship for all customer products running on the assigned production line. Maintains strict safety and housekeeping standards throughout the shift.

• Physical Requirements. Lift up to 50 lbs frequently; team lift required over 50 lbs. Climb stairs, steps, and straight ladders. Walk/stand 6-8 hours per shift. Operate a lift truck for extended periods.
• Key Skills. Strong attention to detail. Effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to understand, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
